Hello, hooman!
This marks our first devlog EVER and we're stoked to share what we've been brewing in the dev cauldron this past months. Introducing... Procedural Generated Dungeons! 🏰✨
"PAUSE- There's a dungeon in Zoomageddon?!"
Yup, yup, you read that right. Dungeon-crawling mechanic will be coming to Zoomageddon's future build!
With this new feature, your session pretty much will looks like:
you dive into our game, all ready to conquer the same the boss inside the dungeons, but wait... The layout's changed? The enemies are sneaking around corners? The loot chests are now on the other turn? That's the magic of procedural generation, baby! Every dungeon run is now a brand-new adventure guaranteed to keep you on your toes. No two runs are the same. Whether you’re a first-time player or a seasoned vet, there’s always something new lurking around the corner. Replayability goes stonks📈📈📈
This feature was no walk in the park – more like a marathon through a labyrinth. The dev team have been glued shut to the screens for countless hours. From designing sick algorithms to testing them against every conceivable scenario, it’s been a rollercoaster. We wanted to ensure that the dungeons are not just random, but also fun and challenging.
We’re just getting started! Up next, we’ll be adding more variety to the dungeon themes, more devious traps, and maybe even a few friendly faces to help you out (or betray you – it’s a dungeon crawler, after all🐰).
Creating these procedural dungeons has been a wild ride, but seeing them in action makes it all worth it. Can’t wait for you all to dive in and experience the chaos we’ve cooked up *soon*.
Stay tuned for more updates, cheers! 🗡️🎮
Have you tried our prototype yet? No? WOMP WOMP that's a shame👎😾
